About the role

As a Marketing Specialist, your focus will be to support the company’s marketing plans and promote their industry-leading services using an innovative approach to recruitment and human resource activities. Previous experience in a marketing function is welcome; however, training and development will be provided.

The role, in conjunction with the Marketing Director, includes:

• Developing engaging marketing campaigns to promote the company to an international clientele and job seekers worldwide
• Identifying the best channels to reach target audiences through various media and marketing initiatives
• Reviewing multiple media to identify potential customers and understanding their needs, interests, and habits
• Implementing marketing plans by creating presentation materials, videos, and promotional pieces
• Supporting the sales team with campaign materials, trade shows, and similar activities
• Creating and maintaining the company’s online presence through the website, blogs, and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
• Analyzing data to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with external suppliers on website development, marketing tools, and trade exhibitions
• Maintaining the company’s data and internal databases
• Attending key international exhibitions and occasionally client meetings

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, with benefits including:
