We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead – Rheumatology to join our UK & Ireland Immunology team, based in our Slough, UK offices.

About the role

The Marketing Solutions Lead is responsible for all solutions (projects and activities) in their area, which can be locally initiated or part of the EU plan, initiated by EU Strategic Operations.

  • Act as the liaison between EU Strategic Operations and the area for strategies and stakeholder plans.
  • Lead the localization and implementation of the area strategy and action plan in partnership with the Area Head and Business Unit Managers.

Who you’ll work with

You will report to the Franchise Head for our Bone Franchise.

What you’ll do

  • Provide local business units with impactful patient value solutions for implementation.
  • Localize centrally developed EU solutions according to local insights, requirements, and drivers (e.g., onboarding).
  • Ensure solutions meet the highest scientific standards by aligning with the Medical Strategy Lead.
  • Drive excellence in channel usage through local omni-channel strategies, planning, and solution development.
  • Support digital business transformation and the implementation of innovative digital solutions.
  • Develop launch plans for new assets and coordinate cross-functional collaboration and activities of the launch team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare.
  • Several years of stakeholder-facing experience within healthcare.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, access, and HTA guidelines.
