We’re now looking for a shared Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help us build our online presence and engage our audiences with flair and consistency.

The Role

This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone returning to work, balancing other commitments, or seeking a creative outlet. You’ll work one day per week with each business, managing and developing our marketing and social media activities. You’ll be our go-to for content creation, scheduling, and engagement—bringing fresh ideas and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement weekly social media content plans for each business
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and reels tailored to each brand’s tone and audience
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Support email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Assist with occasional blog writing, press releases, or promotional materials
  • Coordinate with founders to align marketing with business goals
  • Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or social media (freelance, employed, or personal projects all welcome)
  • Strong writing skills and a good eye for design (Canva or similar tools)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time across two brands
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools
  • Bonus: experience with email marketing, basic video editing, or photography
Ideal Candidate
  • Creative, organised, and proactive
  • Able to adapt tone and style across different audiences
  • Interested in small business culture and storytelling
  • Looking for a flexible role that fits around other life commitments
  • Open to learning and growing with us
What We Offer
  • Pay is negotiable based on experience
  • Flexible working hours and location
  • Creative autonomy and input into brand direction
  • Supportive, friendly working environment
  • Opportunity to grow with two evolving businesses
