Job summary

Mobilize Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the Service and Insurance team. You will manage the monthly portfolio, invoicing, commissions, and finance reconciliation, while ensuring timely responses to the team mailbox.

Key duties include updating monthly performance, coordinating with the controlling team, supporting change processes, and preparing KPIs for monthly review. A proactive, independent approach and strong Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the monthly portfolio on a monthly basis on the team performance
• Hold regular meetings with our controlling team to ensure all invoices and payments are up to date
• Assist in managing the approval process, including handling Dealer General Letters, Change management, Product study...
• Manage the team mailbox, ensuring prompt responses and customer satisfaction. Manage and update the FAQ.
• Load the claims in Sigma
• Manage CNQR Renault inbox
• Participate in testing procedures as needed
• Manage termination contracts to be closed in Sigma
• Compile and prepare team KPIs on a monthly basis
• Assist the service plan team in managing rejections
• Provide support to the wider Marketing team as required
