  • Coordinating the firm’s social media activity, helping to grow reach, engagement and brand visibility.
  • Supporting video and multimedia content production, from concept through to delivery and distribution.
  • Assisting with the delivery of the firm’s events and webinar programme, including promotion, logistics, content coordination and post-event follow-up.
  • Helping to ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all marketing communications and channels.
  • Working with BD & Client Services Managers and practice groups to bring campaigns and initiatives to life through effective communications.
  • Supporting the use of digital tools and platforms, including CRM and email marketing systems to enhance targeting, tracking and reporting.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and engagement metrics, helping to generate insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contributing to the development of compelling marketing collateral and campaign assets to support client engagement and business development activity.
  • Leveraging website analytics and user behaviour insights (GEO) to optimise content, improve engagement and inform digital campaign strategy.
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends, social media developments and emerging content formats to continuously enhance our approach.
  • Proofreading and quality-checking marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail across all content and channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing or communications role and bring a proactive, hands‑on approach to delivering high‑quality output. They will be dependable and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong attention to detail. A strong eye for design and visual communication would be advantageous.

A collaborative mindset is essential, alongside the confidence to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly organised, comfortable working to tight deadlines, and motivated to deliver engaging, high‑impact communications across digital channels.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in a marketing, communications or digital role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
  • A solutions‑focused mindset, with a passion for delivering high‑quality, engaging communications and campaigns.
  • Creative and innovative, with an eye for design and visual storytelling, and the ability to generate engaging content and bring fresh ideas to life across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including e-communications, social media, content and campaign delivery.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership of a varied and evolving workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident working with a range of stakeholders, building positive relationships and collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience using design and multimedia tools to create visual and video content, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects) or Canva, would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Strong proofreading and quality control skills, ensuring consistency, accuracy and brand compliance across all marketing materials.
  • Comfortable using AI‑powered tools to support content creation, research, workflow efficiency and marketing execution, while maintaining appropriate quality control and editorial judgement.
