Pitch is proud to partner with a creative design agency based in Birmingham city centre to recruit a talented Marketing & Sales Manager. The agency works with high-profile international brands across various industries, delivering highly creative print and digital marketing campaigns, including brand design and marketing communications.

The role is based in Birmingham with a hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite). It can be full-time or part-time (3-5 days per week).

Due to growth, they seek a B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing impactful marketing strategies, focusing on outbound marketing and inbound lead generation.
• Implementing creative campaigns across email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
• Engaging with warm marketing leads through tailored messaging and nurturing campaigns.
• Following up on marketing engagement to generate conversations with potential clients.
• Analyzing campaign results to optimize effectiveness.

Ideal candidate:

• Has proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation, brand engagement, and revenue growth.
