Based in Birmingham, they operate a hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite per week. The role can be full-time or part-time (3-5 days per week).

Due to growth, they seek a B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing impactful marketing strategies focused on outbound marketing and inbound lead generation to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Executing creative campaigns across email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
  • Engaging with warm marketing leads through tailored messages and nurturing campaigns.
