This agency works with high-profile international brands across various industries, delivering highly creative and thoughtful work spanning print and digital channels. Their services include brand design and marketing communications, focusing on quality that elevates brands within target markets. Located in a vibrant creative space in Birmingham, they operate with a flexible mix of home and office work, typically 2-3 days onsite. The role can be full time or part time, from 3 to 5 days per week.

Due to growth, they seek a highly skilled B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

What will you be doing as their new Marketing & Sales Manager?

• Implementing impactful marketing strategies, focusing on outbound marketing and generating inbound leads to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Executing creative campaigns across email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
• Working with warm leads, creating tailored messages and nurturing campaigns to engage target clients.
• Engaging with potential clients, following up on marketing activities, and initiating conversations.
• Analyzing campaign results and effectiveness to improve future outcomes.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Has proven experience in a lead generation/business development-focused B2B marketing role, enhancing brand engagement, inbound leads, and revenue.
• Loves hands-on delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
