Located in a vibrant creative space in Birmingham, they offer a flexible working arrangement with 2-3 days onsite. The role can be full-time or part-time, 3-5 days per week.

Due to growth, they seek a B2B, lead generation-focused Marketing & Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing impactful marketing strategies, focusing on outbound marketing and inbound lead generation to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Executing creative campaigns across email, social media, events, paid media, PR, and thought leadership.
