Job description

The Marketing Consultant will be expected to take ownership of Klass n Bougie Ltd's marketing strategy, driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and increasing overall sales. This will involve developing targeted campaigns, optimising the sales funnel, creating content that aligns with the brand's values, and measuring performance against key metrics. Regular reporting, market research, and budget management will be crucial to ensure that all marketing efforts are cost-effective and aligned with the company's long-term goals.


On a day-to-day basis, the Marketing Consultant will be responsible for executing and monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ads. They will create engaging content for the website and social media, manage influencer partnerships, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured through the sales funnel. Additionally, the consultant will analyse performance data, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve lead conversion and overall campaign effectiveness. Regular communication with the team, managing content calendars, and overseeing the implementation of marketing tactics will also be key daily tasks.
