As the business goes through natural expansion as does their portfolio of campaigns and partnerships, we're looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager to lead the charge on high-impact initiatives. You will bridge the gap between IT and marketing, focusing on their marketing initiatives moving forward,
The Role:
As our Marketing Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing projects across digital, brand, and content channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, requiring someone who's just as comfortable with a Gantt chart as they are with a brainstorm session.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from concept through delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, analytics) and external vendors/agencies
- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
- Manage resources and workflows to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and report on progress to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks quickly to keep initiatives on track
- Support campaign optimization through data insights and feedback loops
About You:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in marketing
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, creative workflows, and digital production
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar PM software
- PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus
