Job Description:

• Location: Surrey (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office)
• Start Date: ASAP or within 1 month's notice

We're hiring a high-impact Marketing Project Manager to join one of the UK's most recognisable FMCG businesses. You'll be a key part of the UK marketing team, working on innovation, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of marketing projects from brief to execution
• Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Collaborating with design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams
• Reporting on milestones and KPIs, aligning projects with brand strategy
• Identifying risks and resolving issues
• Maintaining brand consistency and quality
• Prioritising cross-brand projects and stakeholder alignment

Skills Needed:

• 5+ years' experience as a project manager, including 3+ years in marketing or innovation
• Proven FMCG background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills; comfortable presenting to senior teams
• Resilient under pressure, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
• Highly organized, delivery-focused, proactive
