Job Description:

• Location: Surrey (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office)
• Start Date: ASAP or within 1 month's notice

We're hiring a high-impact Marketing Project Manager to join one of the UK's most recognisable FMCG businesses. You'll play a crucial role within the UK marketing team, working across innovation, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of marketing projects from initial brief to execution
• Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborating with teams across design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and commercial
• Reporting on key milestones and KPIs, aligning projects with brand strategy
• Identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining smooth operations
• Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality outputs
• Prioritising cross-brand projects and coordinating stakeholders

Skills Needed:

• At least 5+ years' experience as a project manager, including 3+ years in marketing or innovation roles
• Proven FMCG background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills; comfortable presenting to senior teams
• Resilient under pressure, capable of juggling priorities and meeting deadlines
• Confident leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
• Highly organised, delivery-focused, and proactive
