This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

The Amazon Fresh Marketing team supports Amazon Fresh and Grocery Partnerships at an international level. The Brand pillar aims to become "the customer's most loved grocer, saving them time and money," connecting business with customers through effective brand and creative strategies to enable measurable growth.

We seek a motivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager to focus on project management and stakeholder engagement, collaborating across multiple countries and business units. Your main role will be to facilitate the seamless execution of brand and creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, promotional plans, and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management expertise and a deep understanding of marketing, especially in creative development. You should thrive in dynamic environments, embrace innovation, and be passionate about process optimization to drive growth.

This role can be based in London, Manchester, or Milan.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. You are an experienced project manager with a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and expertise in brand and creative development.

  3. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record in managing cross-functional marketing projects.
  4. You build trust easily and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  5. You prioritize working smart, leveraging experience to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end management of the monthly content creation process, including SOP development, resource allocation, team coordination, and project tracking.
  2. Serve as the main contact for process, timeline, and resource matters, working with design teams and coordinating with central traffic and local marketing teams.
  3. Drive the creative automation workstream by onboarding and optimizing self-service graphic tools and AI applications, using data-driven approaches to improve tools and processes.
  4. Identify gaps in current SOPs and develop scalable solutions to enhance the creative team's capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in coordinating creative projects and working with design teams.
  • At least 4 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in defining processes and RACIs across stakeholders.
  • Strong data and metrics proficiency to inform improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills for strategic and detailed documentation.
  • Understanding of brand and creative development workflows.
  • Experience in a regional or global organization, ideally in a head office role.
