Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the project roadmap for email marketing enhancements and governance audit.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to assess current systems and identify improvement areas.
  • Lead efforts to centralize and streamline email communications across business units.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure communication effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement system changes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
  • Conduct post implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
