Your main responsibilities
- Develop and manage the project roadmap for email marketing enhancements and governance audit.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to assess current systems and identify improvement areas.
- Lead efforts to centralize and streamline email communications across business units.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure communication effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement system changes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
- Conduct post implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills required
- 5+ years in project management, preferably in CRM/ Martech or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of taking initiative and effectively managing escalations.
- Proven experience of managing largescale projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration amongst teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project execution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
