Marketing Project Manager
North West London

My client is a fast-growing Software business seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to join their business as a key leader of the marketing team. This role is an amazing opportunity to develop and grow with a passionate and vibrant company that has doubled its revenue, customers and headcount every year for the past four years.

You will manage 5 direct reports and report to the founder of the business. You will plan, create, and deliver marketing campaigns managing the marketing department's budget at staff. You will be focused on managing and scaling digital and marketing programs across multiple channels along with writing creative, compelling content that drives results through relevant messaging and customer engagement. Along with this, you will manage email marketing campaigns including personally writing email copy and directing the design team as well as test, measure, and optimise campaigns and automation incorporating planning, testing, and post-campaign analysis. You will be experienced in Google analytics, HubSpot and numerate enough to know when something needs action and when to ignore the noise. You will own the website and landing page and lead an ongoing, internal project to refresh the company's entire website while managing day-to-day campaigns.

I am looking to speak to people who have a depth of digital marketing experience, including managing search, display, paid, and organic social and email campaigns. You will be proficient in HubSpot CRM or equivalent platforms e.g. Salesforce that ideally includes automation. You will be familiar with one or more; Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and Link building as well as be able to identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI results.
