We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a 12-month FTC campaign delivery role in consumer travel. The successful candidate will drive high-impact campaigns across multiple workstreams.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking the delivery of complex marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams.

The role responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the planning and scheduling of all marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns
  2. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to align deliverables and resource needs
  3. Preparing detailed delivery plans for FY26 and beyond
  4. Coordinating workstream meetings, agendas, notes, and decision tracking
  5. Managing significant marketing budgets and controlling costs across workstreams
  6. Delivering high-level reports and updates to stakeholders
  7. Ensuring effective stakeholder communication and engagement at all levels

Essential experience includes:

  • Proven experience in the Travel or Leisure industries delivering complex marketing projects across multiple workstreams
  • Strong skills in delivery planning, risk management, and reporting
  • Experience managing large marketing campaign budgets and working with agencies
  • Skilled in project scheduling tools and resource planning
  • Excellent stakeholder mapping and engagement abilities

This is a 12-month FTC offering up to £60k for the right candidate. Industry experience in travel or leisure is preferred.
