Marketing Program Manager – Cybersecurity sector

Remote working – must be UK based

We are working with a fast-scaling software company operating at the forefront of the cybersecurity sector. With continued investment in marketing and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to hire an experienced data-driven Marketing Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, demand generation, and lead nurturing. Target audiences include Military, Federal, Financial Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programs (ABM, email, webinars, events, content syndication, paid media)
  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing to run targeted campaigns that generate pipeline from key accounts and DMUs
  • Create campaign briefs and high-value content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, infographics) aligned with market trends
  • Reverse funnelling to measure target conversion rates against campaign targets
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure campaign alignment with business goals

Who/what are we looking for?

  • Experience working in the Tech industry, ideally Cybersecurity
  • Significant experience managing and executing effective demand/lead generation campaigns
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales funnels
  • Experience managing external agencies to scale campaigns/execution
  • KPI management (e.g., MQLs, MQL to SQL, MQL to customer, Cost per MQL, CAC, CLV)
