Job Title: Publications Producer

Location: Central London
Contract Type: Temporary - 3 months
Hours: Full-time (36.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £22.79 - £27.25 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

A leading London university is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Publications Producer to manage the production of printed student recruitment materials. This role involves delivering high-quality publications to support prospective students in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the full production cycle of student recruitment print materials, from planning to final delivery.
  2. Manage relationships with external printers to ensure cost-effective and timely output.
  3. Collaborate with in-house designers to create engaging, on-brand publications.
  4. Proofread all content to ensure high standards of consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
  5. Ensure all materials meet CMA compliance standards.
  6. Contribute to the production of online publications as needed.
  7. Coordinate with university stakeholders to meet deadlines and gather inputs.
Essential Experience and Skills
  1. Experience managing the production of printed publications.
  2. Exceptional proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
  3. Experience working with printers and managing print timelines.
  4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  5. Understanding of CMA compliance in student recruitment.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable
  1. Experience in the higher education sector.
  2. Knowledge of digital publication production and management.
