The 3M Marketing Industrial Placement is an immersive, hands-on opportunity for a curious student to support growth initiatives across events, content and market research. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to branding, digital marketing, and product launches, and contribute to live campaigns while developing strong operational and communication skills.

Ideal candidates are in their 2nd year of a 4-year business degree, aiming for a 2:1, with 128 UCAS points, fluent

Qualifications

• Minimum 128 UCAS points in A Levels or equivalent
• Currently in the 2nd year of a 4-year business-related degree programme
• On track to receive a minimum 2:1 in your degree
• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication
• Strong organizational and collaborative working skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and trade shows
• Help maintain brand messaging and visual identity across materials
• Support launch and activation of growth and marketing programs
• Assist with product launches across channels
• Create marketing materials and digital content for campaigns
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain marketing assets
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams
