Job summary

Mondelez International in the United Kingdom invites applications for a Marketing Intern role. The 12-month internship offers broad marketing experience on one of our iconic brands, with real responsibilities from day one and collaboration across internal functions and external agencies.

You will contribute by executing integrated marketing communications with agencies, launching new packs, tracking performance with KPIs, and monitoring brand performance.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or equivalent (predicted or achieved).
• Studying a relevant discipline, i.e. Business, Marketing or similar.
• This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants who require sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

• Managing large budgets autonomously, tracking monthly and providing updates to Finance.

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville offices in February 2027. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
