Job summary

Mondelez International's Manufacturing/Engineering Internship - Taste The Future Program UK is 12 months long, and you’ll be an integral part of our team with real responsibilities from day one.

You’ll work on manufacturing capability improvements, bring a fresh engineering perspective, and help with plant optimization, asset care and environmental management. A 2:1 degree is expected, with buddy support and regular reviews.

Candidate requirements

You will have predicted or achieved 2:1 Degree (or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines:

• Chemical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Integrated Engineering
• Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
• Or similar degree

This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants who require sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Rewards / Salary

Starting salary: £ 24,784

Key dates

• Closing date for applications: 12 of October 2026
• Final assessment center: 3rd of December 2026, in person at Bournville (reasonable travel expenses covered)
• Programme start: July 2027
