Job Description:

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our talented EU Marketing team. This role is for a ‘leader-operator’, someone who can offer both strategic consulting to support the execution of marketing campaigns owned by the field marketing team, and continuously improve the automation process across areas such as campaign creation, testing, nurturing, scoring, and performance analytics. We are seeking an expert in Marketo marketing automation to segment our target prospects and ensure Veeva communications are sent to the right person at the right time, enabling teams with data-driven insights that make them better marketers.

This is a significant opportunity to help enable a Vertical SaaS marketing team with technology, processes, and best practices to optimize marketing campaign performance and buyer experience. The ideal candidate must have proven working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation best practices, and marketing analytics.

What You'll Do

  1. Produce quarterly, high-quality campaign analyses and identify trends that provide early insights to improve ABM, event, and digital campaign performance across the EU.
  2. Establish semi-annual marketing automation trend reports and best practices to optimize outreach, program conversions, and overall database engagement.
  3. Partner with regional marketing leaders to translate marketing data into actionable insights for performance improvements.
  4. Serve as the in-house expert for the EU team to create optimized campaign journeys, nurture programs, and segmentation strategies.
  5. Develop training content for marketing automation topics such as persona-based segmentation, Pardot engagement studio, and email testing.
  6. Deliver quarterly campaign performance metrics and proactive recommendations to maximize engagement, opportunities, and marketing ROI.
  7. Produce event reporting and provide weekly and post-event analytics for operational and executive audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting global campaign deployment and optimization within a B2B enterprise software environment.
  • Strong ability to strategize marketing operations with the team and enable rapid execution.
  • CRM and Marketo (or equivalent) expertise and certification required.
  • Experience in persona-focused database segmentation and augmentation.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to build relationships in a cross-functional, global environment.
  • Proven data manipulation and analytics skills to translate raw data into performance insights and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on team player with excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines in a multinational matrixed team.
  • Proven adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with analytics platforms (Tableau, Sigma, etc.) or similar.
  • Basic SQL or database knowledge.
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of web tracking and Google Analytics.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.

Perks & Benefits

  • Opportunity to work with a market leader.
  • Potential for career progression.
  • Supportive team and advanced tech stack.
  • Work anywhere policy—remote or office-based.
  • Various perks and benefits—apply to learn more.
