About the role:

The Marketing Operations Manager will ensure the marketing team operates efficiently by leveraging automations, reporting & dashboards, coordinating campaigns, attribution, and martech stack. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to review, recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures.

Role & Responsibilities:

Campaigns coordination and attribution:

  • Work with the marketing and design team to launch inbound marketing campaigns and coordinate their execution, making sure assets are ready and campaigns/content are tracked consistently across channels.
  • Constantly refine website forms to support segmentation, tracking, and attribution.
  • Lead on marketing attribution best practices across departments to support marketing spend on the right channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and ROAS; making recommendations for future campaigns and initiatives to meet and exceed allocated targets.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing team to capture winning assets/messaging and inform the team of plans.

Reporting:

  • Lead on the Marketing dashboard project, making sure all channels are tracked and we are seamlessly reporting on marketing KPIs.
  • Work with Performance Marketing and CRM teams to monitor the marketing lifecycle, and find opportunities to support overall lead quality and build up conversion rate (lead to deal won).

CRM and Automation:

  • Work with the CRM team to ensure our CRM captures the information we need to report on marketing effectiveness and roll out iterations to constantly enhance our activities.
  • Work with marketing and sales and lead on the implementation and iteration of our new lead flow, capturing feedback from sales to keep enhancing it.
  • Work with sales and marketing to keep refining our lead score criteria ensuring we maximise pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead on process automation, making sure we operate at maximum efficiency, delivering the right messages, to the right prospects, at the right time.

Martech integration:

  • Lead on our martech stack, making sure tools are correctly implemented and used across teams to generate synergies and build growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Act as our marketing tech advocate, spotting tech gaps and proactively uncovering operational opportunities, building use cases, when needed, to implement new tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Marketing roles, with a focus on Marketing Operations.
  • Robust understanding of B2B marketing funnels and marketing campaigns.
  • Able to demonstrate your ability to use data and insights to develop and execute marketing programs.
  • Data-driven with a strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and pipeline management.
  • B2B Marketing experience.
  • Genuine interest in all things martech and processes.
