My global ed-tech company is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations manager to help with the analysis of various marketing systems following a global merger.

The role requires a mixture of PM, marketing manager and data analysis skills. So the ideal candidate will have a blend of all three disciplines and been involved in a merger/acquisition project in relations to marketing systems & processes.

Process Analysis & Documentation
  • Map and document current marketing processes across business units
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities in workflows
  • Design and document standardized processes for harmonized marketing operations
Lead Generation & Marketing Technology Focus
  • Analyze existing lead management workflows to recommend standardized approaches
  • Support the harmonization of marketing systems and data sources
Data-Driven Decision
  • Gather and analyze marketing performance data to inform business alignment decisions
  • Create regular reports to track progress and business impacts
  • Identify potential risks to marketing performance during operational changes
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize cross-functional alignment
Change Management
  • Help prepare teams for process and system enhancements, and support knowledge exchange between teams
  • Create clear documentation and guidelines for new ways of working
  • Maintain open communication channels to address concerns during operational changes
