GWI in London is seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to join our Marketing Team. This entry role is hands-on and process-driven, focusing on campaign operations, data hygiene, and the setup of go-to-market systems.
You’ll work with HubSpot, Salesforce, and a growing set of AI tools, build dashboards, and help automate workflows. No marketing operations experience is required; we’re looking for a curious, organized thinker who can grow with us.
Location: London
Weekly office requirement: Hybrid, 2 days/weeks
Employment type: Permanent
At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to play a key role in our Marketing Team in London. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.
Be the operational heartbeat of our marketing and go-to-market engine. This is a hands‑on, process‑driven role with a front‑row seat to how an entire marketing and revenue function actually works. You’ll live in the detail of campaign operations, keep our systems and data in good shape, and help our growing set of AI agents run smoothly. This is a starting‑out role, so no marketing operations experience is required. We’re looking for a systems thinker who’s curious enough to learn the rest. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing Operations and work across Marketing, Revenue and RevOps. You’ll start by running the processes that keep us moving, and grow into building the automations that make us faster. It’s process‑driven work, but it’s far from routine. You’ll touch the whole funnel, get hands‑on with a dozen tools, and see exactly how campaigns turn into pipeline.
Put all that together and GWI is the friendliest, most fulfilling place any of us has ever worked.
Diversity is fundamental to who we are—as a data company and as a workplace. Our data reflects global realities, and so must our teams. We strive to build a workforce as diverse and inclusive as the insights we deliver.

At GWI, you'll find a place to contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and belong fully.
