Job summary

Horizontal Digital is seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the UK team across operations, marketing, internal communications and team engagement in a remote-first environment.

You will coordinate events, assist campaigns, manage logistics, and help onboard new team members while developing your career in marketing and operations. Graduate or early-career candidates are encouraged, with strong organisational and communication skills valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate or early-career background (0–2 years) in marketing, operations or admin/PA work.
• Comfortable using CRM/project systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple bookings, inquiries and deadlines.
• Experience or interest in supporting marketing campaigns, events or business administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Marketing & Operations Manager and the UK team.
• Maintain Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, actions and manage team travel and logistics.
• Support planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and events, including venues and budgets.
• Assist with content for social media, blogs, newsletters and monitor campaign performance.
• Help onboard new starters with IT equipment, induction schedules and welcome activities.
