Exeter College’s Barnstaple campus is launching a new role for a Marketing Officer to lead Social, Content & Campaigns. You’ll own day‑to‑day social channels and drive recruitment and reputation campaigns—planning, setting up, delivering and optimising paid and organic activity from start to finish.

You’ll identify audiences, shape the message, select channels, manage budgets and create assets with our in‑house designer.

Competenze

• Strong copywriting skills for written, photographic and short‑form video content.
• Experience planning and delivering paid and organic social campaigns and budgets.
• Ability to identify audiences and tailor messages across channels.
• Comfort with using data and insight to improve performance.

Mansioni

• Own day‑to‑day management of social media channels.
• Plan, set up, deliver and optimise paid and organic activity across campaigns.
• Identify audience, shape the message, select channels, manage budgets and deadlines.
• Create or coordinate campaign assets with the in‑house designer.
• Capture student content, develop social copy and short‑form video; analyse performance.
• Build relationships across the College and coordinate colleagues and suppliers to keep activity moving.
