Job summary

Henry Blue are seeking a proactive Marketing Officer to join a Canterbury-area FE college group. The role covers supporting marketing and communications across multiple sites, developing creative campaigns, and helping raise the organisation's profile. You will work with a small team, manage a busy workload, and apply your passion for marketing to engage students and communities.

The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £17–£20, and requires DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• A Level 4 or higher qualification in Marketing or a Creative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A genuine passion for marketing and creativity.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a varied, group-wide role offering the opportunity to contribute ideas, support promotional activities and help raise the organisation's profile across all sites.

Working Hours

37 hours per week

• Monday Thursday: 8.30am 5.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am 4.30pm

Please note, a current, enhanced DBS is required for this role.
