About The Role

Working within the central ARO Marketing function, this role would suit a product marketer who also has experience of Brand, Digital and Events.
Supporting the Head of Marketing Operation, you will work across ARO's 4 business units:
Cloud, Cyber & IT - Microsoft Cloud Services, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Next Generation Networking, Cyber Security, Back-Up; Data Protection, Managed IT and Support.
Collaboration - Unified communications, Contact Centre Solutions, Business Mobiles, Connectivity, Business Voice, AV and Meeting Room Solutions.
Sustainability - Net Zero Journey, Energy Procurement, Energy Optimisation and Energy Compliance.
Specialist Data Centre Services - Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Trusted Research Establishment, Secure Store/Retrieval and Connectivity.
With 10 offices spread across the UK, this role is Ewloe-based with the expectation of travel to other offices or to see customers/suppliers as necessary.
Note: This is a hybrid role with onsite requirement of 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to Ewloe.What you'll do
This role involves collaborating with the Product Team and suppliers to craft compelling narratives for new products, developing marketing strategies based on market insights, supporting sales with engaging materials, maintaining key content areas, and leading a Marketing Assistant to foster professional growth and teamwork.
Tasks:- Propositions: Work with the Product Team and suppliers to create compelling propositions and stories for new products and features.
- Product Marketing Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of target markets, buyer personas, and customer journeys to effectively position our products.
- Sales Enablement: Create engaging sales materials, case studies, pitch decks, and training resources to support sales teams.
- Content Maintenance: Maintain key content areas, including the website, social media, and product literature.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Marketing Assistant, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Requirements
What we are looking for?
Essential:- At least 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT and Technology sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities.
Desirable:- Experience working with world-class vendors on collaborative campaigns and funding.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and Sales.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
