Your Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager UK (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives. Focus is the acquisition, enablement of channel partners to market and sell DocuWare, as well as field marketing to strengthen sales-oriented marketing activities in alignment with UK Sales. This role will oversee all marketing activities within UK as part of our global marketing organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and executing regional marketing activities that align with our global strategy and drive measurable impact.
  • Grow the DocuWare brand by creating awareness, generating demand, and enabling our sales teams and channel partners to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop compelling regional content in close collaboration with corporate and regional marketing teams.
  • Analyze marketing performance regularly, including competitive landscape and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in demand generation, supporting and empowering our channel partners with effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs to ensure maximum performance and ROI.

What you need to succeed

  • You bring multiple years of experience in marketing, ideally within the B2B software industry.
  • You hold a university degree in business administration, marketing, online marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have excellent command of British English, with strong writing and editing skills. Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • You are well-versed in Channel and Field Marketing, particularly in the UK market.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • You possess solid expertise in field and digital marketing, including social media.
  • You are goal-oriented, with a strong focus on KPIs and performance metrics.
  • You are proficient in using modern marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Jira.
