Job description

We’re looking for a talented and hands-on individual with marketing experience to manage local marketing in London and elsewhere in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract for 8 months.

About Us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About The Role

You’ll work closely with our General Manager, Local Operations and HQ team to plan and implement local marketing campaigns to acquire new users and drivers. We’re seeking someone with the ambition to push things forward while being curious enough to uncover new high-ROI channels. From social media stunts to strategic marketing plans, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns that will engage thousands of people and shape the future of cities.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute local marketing strategies for riders and drivers, aligned with broader business goals.
  • Plan and coordinate global, regional, and local marketing activities in collaboration with HQ.
  • Project manage marketing inputs for new city and product launches.
  • Oversee the execution of HQ-led marketing projects at the local level.
  • Ensure effective knowledge sharing, best practices exchange, and smooth communication between HQ and local teams.
  • Track and manage marketing project budgets and expenses.
About you:
  • You have over 5 years of experience in the marketing field, with a proven track record in strategy, planning, and execution.
  • You have strong project management skills, and are able to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • You are capable of distilling complex or technical information into clear, engaging communications and marketing content.
  • You have demonstrable experience creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing.
  • You have expertise in developing and delivering country-level marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in English at a native or C2 level.

It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of the future!

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
  • Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.
  • Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
