Role Overview
Are you a creative mastermind with a knack for crafting compelling digital content? Academy of Digital Industries is looking for an ambitious, creative, and data-driven Content Manager to join our growing team in the UK division.
In this key role, you will be a pivotal member of the digital team, focusing on content strategy, planning, and execution while collaborating with the core team on global campaigns. Your expertise will ensure that our content aligns with organizational goals, resonates with target audiences, and effectively drives engagement and conversions.
Main Responsibilities
4+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, Marketing Manager.
Extensive knowledge of content strategy creation and execution.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices, such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Familiar with task management platforms (Monday.com, Trello, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Strategic planning and excellent time management skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Experience in video content creation is desirable but not mandatory.
