A leading eCommerce business in the beauty industry, known for its innovative products and strong market presence. The company is expanding rapidly and is looking for passionate and motivated team members to join their journey.

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the entire digital marketing function, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and driving brand awareness. This role is ideal for a commercially-focused individual with extensive eCommerce experience and proven leadership abilities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve rankings, drive site traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Oversee paid search and social media campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to support our growth objectives.
  • Conduct trend forecasting, market research, and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience within marketing, specifically within a D2C business.
  • Expertise in organic SEO, content optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify is ideal but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including paid search & social media.
  • Experience managing and onboarding team members.
