Marketing Manager – Strategic Programs

Ready to shape the future of marketing transformation? We’re looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across international markets. This role is critical in aligning global martech innovation with regional execution—turning strategy into impact. You will have the opportunity to drive transformation at scale. The Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £90,000 pa
  • Role will start on a 12-month contract
  • Hybrid working: 50% onsite at offices in Central London

What You’ll Own

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with corporate and regional leaders to ensure international needs are embedded in martech roadmaps and planning cycles.
  • Program Leadership: Drive the annual execution plan for AoA programs, backed by robust reporting and risk management.
  • Executive Communication: Deliver crisp, executive-level updates, sizzles, and visibility campaigns to champion AoA impact.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Be the connective tissue across markets—keeping leaders informed, teams aligned, and surprises to a minimum.
  • Product Adoption: Champion the use of Adobe’s own technologies across global marketing teams. Enable, unblock, and amplify.
  • Insight & Feedback: Be the voice of the field—providing actionable feedback to product and program leaders, and highlighting wins that inspire.

Who You Are

  • A strategic operator with proven experience in marketing, operations, or program leadership within a global, matrixed environment.
  • Fluent in Martech/Adtech solutions, and passionate about marketing innovation.
  • A strong communicator who thrives on cross-functional influence and can distill complexity into clarity.
  • Experienced with international collaboration and adept at navigating regional nuances.
  • Familiar with Customer Zero and Adobe on Adobe programs (a plus, not a must)
