What you'll do:

  • Shape the brand's proposition and product, including sign-up & app, with the help of robust research and judgment.
  • Ensure the brand’s distinctive look, feel & tone of voice is effectively translated into the product, website & customer communications.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for member communications including emails, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
  • Determine the brand’s launch platform and develop confidence in the available growth levers, including a waitlist and broader Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver cohesive work.

Who you are:

  • Proven marketing experience (ideally in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environment).
  • Strong writing and communication skills – you can craft messages that resonate with different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to guide decisions, shape products, and optimize performance.
  • Design sense – A good eye for layouts, visuals, and making things look polished (you don’t need to be a designer, but you know what “good” looks like).
  • Self-starter – proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Adaptability – able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Logistics: Paddington office, hybrid
