This role involves leading the marketing efforts for two beautifully aligned brands:

- A luxury e-commerce brand known for refined photo albums, frames, and personalized gifts.

- A prestigious photography brand celebrated for elegant wedding and family portraits, fine art reproduction, and bespoke framing.

As Marketing Manager, you will influence how both brands are perceived and experienced. You'll collaborate with the founders to translate long-term vision into effective day-to-day strategies.

What you'll do...

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across both brands
  • Harmonise brand communications, customer journeys, and messaging
  • Explore growth opportunities in luxury markets
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on measurable ROI

Brand & Content

  • Uphold and enhance each brand’s tone and visual identity
  • Lead content creation across print, digital, and social platforms
  • Ensure all touchpoints reflect the commitment to quality and artistry

Digital & Ecommerce

  • Drive digital marketing via SEO, email, and online ads
  • Optimise the online store to boost conversion and retention
  • Utilise analytics to inform performance and user experience decisions

Traditional Marketing & Partnerships

  • Oversee print marketing assets, including brochures and direct mail
  • Foster relationships with wedding planners, event venues, and aligned brands
  • Support brand presence at events and curated retail partnerships

Community & Client Engagement

  • Develop customer retention strategies
  • Initiate loyalty programs and community-building campaigns
  • Promote a client-first approach rooted in trust and detail

Who you are...

  • Proven experience inmarketing with expertise in both digital and traditional channels
  • Proficient in Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools
  • Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of luxury audiences
  • Familiarity with analytics and design tools is a plus
  • Commercially strategic and creatively driven
  • Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative
  • Passionate about design and photography

Salary: up to £50,000 DOE
Logistics: Hungerford, Berkshire (hybrid/remote options available for the right candidate)
