Identify and make the most of partnership opportunities that can raise awareness, reach priority audiences and support Academy growth. Agree clear plans and measures with partners. Be an active and dependable team player, working across Brand, Digital, Data, Content, Events, Operations, Compliance, Financial Promotions and agencies. Bring teams together, share information, resolve issues and keep delivery moving.

  • Performance, insight and commercial accountability: Agree key performance indicators for awareness, engagement, lead quality, applications, conversion, costs and budget use. Track and report against these KPIs, using the findings to improve campaigns, customer journeys and overall success. Provide concise performance updates for senior stakeholders, explain any gaps in the data and recommend practical actions. Balance immediate recruitment needs with the longer‑term growth of the Academy brand.
