About the Role

We are looking for a standout personality who is autonomous, goal-oriented, and passionate about the transport industry. Someone entrepreneurial, innovative, and not afraid to think outside the box.

In this cross-functional role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication and collaborate with various teams and departments.

The ideal candidate has solid experience or is a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's marketing strategy in the UK
• Define and implement strategies to impact sales, brand growth, monitor competition, and support expansion into new locations
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand perception and commercial growth
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns with internal experts and top agencies
• Support local teams with marketing materials
• Organize and participate in local events
• Create and support local partnerships with visuals and marketing collateral
• Maintain a strong and correct brand presence in the market

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience
• Work permit for the UK
• Solution-oriented approach suitable for a fast-growing environment
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Facebook Business Manager
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) are a plus
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset
• Native English speaker
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
