Position: Paid Media Specialist

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will lead the Paid Media Channel Strategy and focus on performance optimization. You will drive full-funnel media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels. You will own strategy, execution, and budget optimization while partnering with local marketing, creative, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across various channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. Manage vendors and consultants for Paid Media.
  • Conduct keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
  • Continuously test and experiment with new ad formats, targeting methods, and creative approaches to drive better results.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign insights.
  • Proficiency in paid media tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
