The opportunity

As a manager in the Marketing & Activation team, you will play a key role in helping to achieve our firm-wide strategic objectives by developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that help build client relationships, support revenue objectives, and enhance the firm's reputation.

Sitting within the Marketing and Activation team, part of the wider Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) function, you will be at the core where plans turn into action. You will ensure the delivery of outcomes and interface daily with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.

The role requires a highly motivated individual capable of working independently and within a team. The successful candidate will have experience across all aspects of the marketing mix, with strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record of designing and delivering successful campaigns tailored to relevant markets is essential.

Your key responsibilities

  1. Lead complex campaigns for major programmes and markets, collaborating with your workstream leader and the business to develop briefs and value propositions.
  2. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build client relationships, support revenue, and enhance reputation.
  3. Serve as a BMC point of contact for your portfolio, advising on strategy, activation, and scope of services.
  4. Manage production and execution of deliverables within timelines and budgets; measure campaign performance and use insights for refinement.
  5. Coordinate with digital and content teams to ensure relevant, compelling content aligned with the buyer journey.
  • Maintain EY.com pages, informing about expiring pages and building business cases for extensions.
  • Develop UK-specific messaging for global reports/pages as per strategy.
  • Manage EY.com People profiles, updating or creating profiles as needed.
  • Build strong internal and external networks, working closely with the business, global BD, BMC colleagues, external agencies, and in-house studios to deliver differentiated, brand-focused solutions.
  • Support team development by fostering a positive environment that encourages learning and growth.
  • Skills and attributes for success

    • Extensive business experience or a relevant degree/professional qualification.
    • Experience working in large/matrix organizations, managing multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadline orientation.
    • Proven success in strategic campaign management and consistent messaging across channels.
    • Deep understanding of campaign principles, with a commercial focus and ability to deliver high ROI activities aligned with brand and risk management.
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.
    • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands effectively.
    • Willingness to embrace change, improve processes, and adopt best practices.

    Minimum qualifications

    • 5 years’ experience in marketing program management within a corporate environment.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Experience briefing and working with creative agencies.
