Job Description

Sports Direct is a leading international retailer of sports and fitness products. Our mission is to use the power of sport to inspire everyone to be their best. We serve a wide range of sports and styles, offering quality products that help everyone feel like a winner.

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and commercial Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the Sports Direct Lifestyle offering. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Group Head of Marketing on strategies and activities for the seasonal Lifestyle campaigns to drive brand and commercial growth.
  • Managing the planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, including budgeting, KPIs, and deadlines.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams such as PR, social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, email, and retail to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Overseeing the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring communication and delivery across departments.
  • Aligning with stakeholders on campaign launches and commercial priorities.
  • Participating in seasonal sell-in meetings with the commercial team and brand partners.
  • Producing post-campaign reports and presentations for internal teams and brand partners.
  • Collaborating with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and activities.
  • Understanding brand budgets, opportunities, and support options.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels and project management.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills.
  • Passion for sport and lifestyle/fashion preferred.
  • Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint.
  • Experience in fashion, sport, lifestyle, or retail.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
