The American Institute of CPAs seeks a Marketing Planner to facilitate annual and quarterly planning, monitor performance, and create communication calendars. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing and have over 3 years of experience in content planning or marketing. The role supports a flexible hybrid work schedule and emphasizes an inclusive work environment with various benefits.
About the Role:
You will facilitate annual planning and quarterly PI planning and creating integrated communication calendars including content and media plans. You will also monitor and report performance against plans and coordinate plan reviews. You will report to the Director - Planning & Performance.
You Will:
Create specific views of the integrated experience communications calendar including audience and proposition, all channels, content and themes
Organize and facilitate annual planning and quarterly PI planning processes that ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance
Confirm plan supports our enterprise priorities and member needs
Ensure plans take into consider team capacity, job sizing, seasonal cycles and other factors to create viable plans that delivery on quarterly/annual goals.
Monitor and report performance against plans.
Prepare campaign level reports across all channels
Provide monthly reporting in a visually impactful way.
Work with the Marketing Operations team to develop a channel and media plan on an annual basis. Responsible along with Marketing Operations for ensuring ad campaigns have maximum impact. Report performance against quarterly plans.
Help to educate across our teams about the power of planning and how it can measurably improve performance

You Have:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field
3+ years' experience in marketing or content planning, or other relevant experience
Experience communicating insights from data in dashboards and reports
