Aufgaben

• Ведение соцсетей и реализация стратегии на LinkedIn: видеоролики, карусели, инфографика и PDF-файлы, публикации регулярно.
• Создание контента в объёме: кейсы, статьи, отраслевые новости, лидеры мнений и материалы для запуска продукта, несколько раз в месяц.
• Съемка и монтаж видео вместе с командой в офисе и вокруг него: истории сотрудников, обзор продукта, интервью.
• Организация и проведение мероприятий: 7–9 мероприятий в год, участие на выставках, конференциях и мероприятиях клиентов/брокеров.
• Дизайн материалов в Claude Design и Figma до уровня агентской работы.
• Работа с ИИ каждый день: черновики, правки, переработка и масштабирование контента с использованием инструментов ИИ.

Road accidents kill and injure people, damage vehicles, and cost businesses fortunes. But traditional insurance does nothing to prevent them - it just pays out claims when they happen. At Flock, we're changing that. Using telematics, AI, and real-time data, we proactively help our fleet customers prevent crashes. We obsessively focus on keeping drivers safe, and we put our money where our mouth is - paying out millions of pounds per year to fleets that get safer over time.

Own social media. Run our social strategy, with LinkedIn as the primary channel: product videos, carousels, infographics, and PDF’s, posted consistently and measured for engagement. Create content at volume. Case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership and product launch material, several times a month. Make video. Film and produce videos with our team in and around the office: people stories, product walkthroughs and interviews. Deliver events. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager Coordinate and execute our calendar of seven to nine events a year: trade shows, conferences and our own customer and broker events. Design your own assets in Claude Design and Figma, to a standard that holds up next to agency work. Work with AI daily. Draft, edit, repurpose and scale content with AI tools, applying your own voice and judgement so nothing reads machine-written.

Significant content creation and social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, with measurable results from owning and executing a social strategy. A portfolio of work you can share on the spot. Strong copywriting and communication, proven in published work. A track record organising and coordinating trade shows, conferences or business events, plus internal events for customers and stakeholders. Hands-on design skills in Figma and Claude Design. Startup pace and ownership: you've worked somewhere small enough to own outcomes end to end, spot what needs improving and act without waiting for a brief. We work hybrid, typically three days a week in our Central London office (fewer office days can be accommodated for longer commute times), a few minutes from Moorgate and Liverpool Street. Visits to client sites, conferences and broker offices count towards office days.
