Job description

I am working with a great pub company based in London! This is a unique brand with 6 sites and growing. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join them. You will report directly to the founders of the business. The role requires a high level of detail, organisation, creative flair, and exceptional time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, create, and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including owned, earned, and paid media. Manage key agency relationships to oversee digital campaigns, ensuring excellent SEO, Google AdWords, and paid advertising performance.
  2. Develop a strong aspiration for the brand, utilizing PR, partnerships, and influencer marketing to shape CRM strategies, increase member retention, manage budgets, and organise member events.
  3. Analyze campaign performance, report on key marketing metrics, and translate data into actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  4. Lead social media efforts by delivering engaging content, developing engagement plans, writing briefs, and overseeing photo shoots.
  5. Manage all communications and touchpoints to ensure seamless interactions that deepen customer connections with the brand.
  6. Collaborate with General Managers and founders to develop the business further, ensuring marketing efforts are precise and data-driven.
Key Requirements:
  1. Experience in QSR marketing.
  2. Familiarity with CRM, SEM practices, and related tools.
  3. Proven project management skills within budget constraints.
  4. Extensive knowledge of marketing best practices.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Team player with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  7. Organised, driven, motivated, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
