About Twenty First Group

Twenty First Group (TFG) helps its clients earn the right to a fan's attention.

A global sports intelligence agency headquartered in London, we combine data science, engineering, and strategy consulting to help some of the biggest names in sport, including the Premier League, England and Wales Cricket Board, Ladies Professional Golf Association, AC Milan, AON, KPMG, The Football Association, International Tennis Federation, Arctos, Sky Sports, FIFPRO, and SkyBet & Gaming. Together with our clients, we are shaping the future of sport.

We have a new 5 Year Growth Plan which sets out an ambitious path to becoming a truly global business, shaping the biggest opportunities in sport and delivering exponential growth in revenues and profits. This role will play a crucial role in helping the business deliver this exciting growth plan.

Scope and Impact

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical role that will help shape the future of TFG. You will be instrumental in growing the TFG brand, increasing our pipeline of commercial opportunities, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

You will be involved in a wide array of activities, including managing key projects like our industry-leading events and white paper publications, creating content for different platforms, and coordinating with our media partners. The ultimate goal of your work will be to effectively communicate our unique positioning as a leading sports intelligence agency and drive tangible revenue growth for the business.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Planning: Oversee and proactively plan all marketing activities to support the company's strategic goals
  • Project Management: Manage marketing campaigns, events, and publications from conception to completion. This will involve close collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders, including our leadership team and analysts, as well as external partners
  • Digital Marketing: Managing TFG's online presence, including website updates, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to develop materials and strategies that support lead generation and the sales cycle
  • Content: Contribute to and help deliver TFG's unique content marketing strategy, which is at the heart of our brand. This includes ideating, drafting, and publishing content across various platforms
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analysing campaign data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Brand Management: Acting as a brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and materials

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a positive and proactive approach. While experience is valuable, we believe that attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are far more important.

  • Priority: A great attitude and a willingness to learn are our top priorities. We are seeking someone who is motivated to grow and make a real impact
  • Experience: A background in marketing or sports is not a strict requirement. We believe the right person can learn the specifics of our industry and role. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to take on significant responsibility
  • Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. You will be managing multiple projects and communicating with a wide range of people, so the ability to stay organized and articulate your thoughts clearly is a must. A positive and can-do attitude is critical for success in our fast-paced environment

Benefits

  • A pivotal role in helping shape the marketing strategy of a leader in the sports intelligence industry
  • The opportunity to work on genuinely novel problems with a world-class, collaborative team
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package
  • A flexible hybrid working model and a healthy dose of sports-related fun
  • Comprehensive healthcare through Vitality
  • EAP through Yu-Life
  • 25 days plus bank holidays
