We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead UK marketing and boost partner-sourced revenue across the UK, ANZ, and North America. This role calls for an entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership, works autonomously, and spots opportunities to grow brand presence and deliver measurable results. You’ll track and report on goals, KPIs, and ROI to ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities. The role is split 50/50 between UK and global partner marketing. Locally, you’ll drive all UK activity – events, sponsorships, media, and content – working closely with Actionstep’s UK team to deliver a growth-focused, multi-channel marketing plan that builds pipeline and strengthens brand position.
