An award-winning digital agency is looking for a standalone Marketing Manager to run their in-house marketing campaigns. Working with globally renowned companies, the agency creates websites, apps, and other digital products for their clients and needs someone who can ensure brand visibility is a top priority to drive business growth. B2B experience is a must.

The role requires an extremely competent in-house marketing professional with experience in ideation and execution of a broad marketing strategy. The candidate should be able to manage digital and brand awareness campaigns seamlessly, drive lead generation, and effectively manage the website, external communications, and a wide range of marketing events.

If you are a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills looking to join a growing, successful organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to shine. You will report to a senior manager overseeing marketing, business development, and partner relationships, but will have the autonomy to make your own mark.

Candidates should have over 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including in-house experience at a creative or digital agency supporting high-profile clients. The client seeks a strategic, sales, and business development-focused individual with a broad range of experience. Those heavily focused on only one discipline (e.g., Digital) will not be considered. The role offers an excellent benefits package, flexible working from home (with in-office presence about twice a month in London), and a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 pa.
