Job Title: Full Funnel Marketing Manager

Salary: £59,850pa - £73,150pa plus extensive benefits.

Location: Bristol

Hours: 35 hours, full time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at our Bristol hub.

Role Overview

Manage the execution of innovative marketing plans as part of our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Strategy, focusing on building engagement and customer retention. Manage activity, support innovation, and own results in this critical marketing role aimed at increasing lifetime customer value through meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement the Customer Lifecycle Management plan, testing hypotheses, assembling agile teams, and reporting outcomes.
  2. Work within agile Pods to deliver against key marketing objectives requiring rapid innovation.
  3. Coordinate handovers to other teams for campaign automation and delivery.
  4. Stay updated on marketing trends, experiment with new routes to market, and leverage new data and technology.
  5. Promote a culture of excellent execution, agile delivery, and team happiness.
About You
  • Proven experience designing and delivering successful CLM plans, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and deepening relationships through cross-channel marketing.
  • Experience in innovative marketing campaigns that achieve commercial outcomes, with a strong grasp of agile methodologies.
  • Advocate for agile working and servant leadership, actively collaborating across teams and disciplines.
  • Leverage marketplace knowledge and a strong network to make informed marketing decisions aligned with business strategy.
