About the role

We have two opportunities for Marketing Managers to join us, each on a 12-month maternity cover FTC. In this role, you will create and implement impactful off & online retail-focused marketing strategies, adapting to changing customer habits and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

You will be responsible for three markets within Europe and act as the brand guardian, inspiring the wider marketing, VM, PR, Commercial, & Global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand market and customer profiles for your markets within Europe. Use retailer and market insights to develop retailer-specific objectives and plans, focusing on customer acquisition & conversion.
  • Collaborate with PR, VM, Commercial, Retailer + .com & Retail teams to build comprehensive 360 marketing and media plans aimed at maximizing the customer purchase funnel to meet and exceed commercial objectives.
  • Leverage the full marketing mix to promote new product development (NPD) and grow core franchises.
  • Bring thought leadership and digital excellence to innovative brand activities to increase brand awareness and create memorable moments.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with local partners to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Lead the Planning and Launch of New Retailers & Market Launches
  • Shape and deliver new retailer and market launches in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet retailer/market needs.
  • Ensure robust sustain plans for new markets/retailers to accelerate growth and maintain brand presence.
Processes and Budget Planning
  • Support establishing processes within the EMEA region for 'world-class' delivery, focusing on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage planning, approval, and follow-up of key projects, securing stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain the regional marketing calendar and communicate regional nuances to Global Marketing.
  • Create and oversee the regional marketing budget, forecasting future activities aligned with sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with retailer marketing and PR teams for effective collaboration.
  • Oversee the delivery of priorities set for Assistant Marketing Managers, providing guidance and feedback.

  • Marketing experience in beauty or retail, with knowledge of European retailers.
  • Strategic planning skills with creative flair.

  • Experience managing budgets and P&L.
